I was surfing the Frabill website the other day and came across these portable shanty rod holders. Can anyone explain how they attach and how they are supposed to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dont know exactly how they would work but i believe they probably bolt or rivet into something then pivot out of the way when not in use
