Sunday report at sand lake!!

Ran in to a couple guy,s at knutsons sunday morning.There friends of petey one of our ms members just wanted to say hats of to these guy.s they never met me before and took me and my father inlaw out to there holes.If more guys were like this we would all be considerd better people & sportsman.Just wanted to say thanks guy,s look forward to seeing you guys again.The fish that day on sand just didnt want to bite,serched a fairly big area & just caught a couple dinks ended up in our oringle holes & BAM!!! looked like I had a nice eye on saw him once under the hole and just that quick he was gone I just couldnt ice em!!So we ended up leaving about noon went over to a private with no public acess not far away just around the corner started fishing around one & were limted with some monster gills by five it was a awesome lake.Sorry for long post just wanted to let everybody know about the guys & we got some great membersThanks!!!

hey carpetman, those two are some alright fellas, those two and i are willing to help out whenever possible. just to let you know i talked to them that night and they said the perch turned on for them about 2pm and they ended up with 30. they said all over 8 inches

Hey Carpetman, I see petey told ya about the perch. kept thirty threw back about 15 found some sandy bottom in about 25 fow and the schools were in about every 10min alot of fish on the camera wigglers caught the majority going again sat and staying out late for crappie will let you know how we do or maybe see ya there

OMG......you guys are killing me!!!!!!!!:lol:

my group was out there on Saturday and could not buy a bite!!!!! we caught 2 fish in 5 hours......5 guys......unreal. we were in 20 FOW with little or no weeds. we used minnows, waxies, spikes and jigging raps with no success at all.

I'll be out there either Sat or Sunday. Going to fish all day either day that I'm out there. Will have radio on channel 7-0 if any of you fellow MS members are out there give a shout. I will be fishing my favorite spot out there.

What lake/county are you guys talking about here. There is a sand lake just off M-46 by Greenville,mi as well.

I think it's Lenawee county, it's off 12 near MIS
