I like to use up the older fish first and freeze what I have been catching, but every once in awhile I have to fry em up fresh out of the lake. I was up filetting last night until 8:00 and hadn't eaten dinner. Man those filets looked good! :corkysm55 So I picked out a few, shook them in a plastic bag with 1/2 flour and 1/2 Italian bread crumbs then pan fried them in olive oil!
All i can say is "HEAVEN"... If you haven't ever fried fresh fish using this recipe go for it. Make sure you brown them nice on both sides, drain well on paper towell, and add a little garlic and salt to taste...
