Ribs and a fatty

Shovelled some snow to the smoke shack, and decided to do the daytona ribs today, and just warm em up tomorrow along with beans and tater skins!

Just before I added the wood for smoke

I am supposed to fish in the blast, but ANYTHING is possible if the price is right.

It is small, only about 11 hundred pounds empty, only 6 months old, my kinda woman!

Can't fish out of it, but I can cook a 130-150 lb hog in it, or 8 briskets, or 12-14 pork butts, or 75-100 hamburgers. I might have to open a BBQ tent at the boat launch!;)
