A bit of a dilema...

So I was on my way out the door to go fishing in this blistering cold and realized I left my gloves inside. I go back in to get them and see there not where I thought I left them. I tore the house up looking for them and remembered I left them in my wifes car last night. Heres the problem she is at work quite a ways away. If I go get them I will waste about 1 1/2 hr of fishing. I would buy more but all she left me with today was money for bait. What to do? Go without and hope for no frostbite? Or go get my gloves and winter hat and risk the time lost fishing?

My minds already made up now. I am going fishing now. I will try to post pics of my wicked bad frostbite later.

Gloves, you don't need gloves. Take a towel, keep your hands dry and stay near the heater. I don't waste my time with gloves when the bite is hot. It's amazing how your mind doesn't think about cold when the fish are coming through the hole! Just keep em dry, and use a minnow net. Saturday my buddy thought I was crazy for dunking my hand in the hole to clean out the snow. I said "be a man, dip with your hand!"

Well I am back. It didnt matter about the gloves. They blocked the access to my hunny hole so I decided to just come home for the day. It is alot nicer to be warm today.

When you get married its a life long struggle for her to get rid of them and you have to pick your battles wisely.
