Well, for the 2nd time in less than a year I've had to buy a new transducer for my Vexilar. Why?...Apparently my cat likes the taste of the cable on it (fishy odor I'd guess)...and chewed right through it. This time it is on me as I should have learned the first time and kept it out of reach. I thought about tying the cable around it's neck and lowering down the hole and see what she thought about that but then I would have to deal with a divorce so decided it was cheaper and easier to get another transducer.GRRRR!!! I HATE MYSELF!:rant:
