took the wife out to a little lake close to home and got a couple of limits of gills. only took a little over a hour sure wish it was like that all the time.:)

It might get boring, if it was every time. That's why they call it fishing not catching.

As far as bait--I was using spikes on an orange teardrop. This was in allegan county also!!

wow, you were realy on em'. My bro and I fished a lake in oscoda county for our two man limit, but it took all day. Fished 40 fow with teardrops and waxies. Did alot of sorting to get 8" gil's. Good fishin!
