Cotton road has safe ice, but be careful heading out! there is crap ice at shore, then a soft preasure crack about 10 yrds out. Use a spud to find some hard ice to cross on. all the water that we got a few days ago is freezing on top of the safe ice, so if you feel yourself breaking through, you still got a safe 5 inches under ya! Good luck, lotta perch caught. People who did the best that i saw were a ways out there.
