How much would you pay for a clown rapala

I happen to know where 3 #11 original clown raps are at and Im thinking about buying them.The price is under $10 each do you think its worth it?

I called them this afternoon but they didnt have any clowns.I guess there is a high demand for them in colorado also.

I was able to pick up about 40 of the Clowns from a lure collector in Texas. He priced them competatively with what we pay for Original/Floater lures in the stores around here. Had to tack on postage and insurance but the price was still reasonable.

He said that they never did sell well down in his area which is why he was able to load up on them and use them for trades and outright selling.

yes they discontinued the color not sure how long ago though.

Either that or put it in a different box. When I bought my first Beretta O/U I brought it home in a Mossberg box. :lol:

Then again I suppose I should have never told my wife about the differences between a Beretta 686 and a Mossberg 500.:dizzy:

Mark does a good job on his Clown imitations. I have samples of each version in whichever sizes he has available.

I bought some of the Rebel clowns myself and they look dam good!! Especially for $3.99..

They look good but the color scheme is still not quite the original clown color.A screw up imo

In the one posted in the photo - I used a red Sharpie permanent marker to color in around the face to more closely resemble the clown. IMO, I do not think they have enough red on the face.
