this rain is the best thing thats ever happen. 17 degrees on wednesday. going to be some smooth pull for the shanty. Plus we'll have another 3in of ice from the water on top. remmember its not going to be 60 out like last time cold rain.;)

ice will be ready for this wekend rocky. only todays of warm weather and the cold weather moves in tuesday pm. so we will have ice. for everybody sake in my house we better have the ice considering i just droped 5 bones on my flasher tonight. i'll be out in an intertube if i have to the unit is being used on saturday if not sooner:rolleyes:. won't get home till 8 pm all week but i can fish in the dark

All the ice this weekend will be just as good if not better than last weekend . I feel this weather is only going to help ice formation . Dont cancel any ice fishin plans for this weekend , there will be plenty of ice .
