Just came in from Burt Lake. I fish the north arm and access the lake off of Roberts Road.
The landing there and at Hoppes are good. Heading southwest from the landing from Roberts, you will find a large slush hole about three to three hundered and fifty yards out.
The snow depth is running any where from one inch to four inches with some drifting in places. We had quite a few four wheelers around us today and only seen one of them get stuck in the slush hole.
Ice in the north arm is good, about six to seven inches. The fishing seems to have slowed down, but with the weather forecast for the weekend, will probably pick up.
If you fish the north arm, I am the guy in the PURPLE OTTER LODGE RESORT. Stop and say high:fish:
