Hess Lake

I am from GR and have never been to Hess before. Does anyone know where to go for gills and specs??? What should I use and what bait????

Get a map of the lake.
Its not very deep.
My experience is find the deeper holes through the ice.
Some of these are not very big holes though and can be difficult to find.
