Does anyone have any information concerning Forrest Lake, I believe in northwest Arenac County? Is this a private lake? Fish that may inhabit the lake? I am just looking for a place to set a few tip-ups for Pike!

Thanks

My buddy has a cabin there and here's what I brought home from fishing there on wed/thurs.

Forest Lake is very much a private lake. There are signs posted at every access site requireing you to have a vehicle permit to park. There is a private security team that patrols all areas of the subdivision and they check out every strange looking car. I have friends and family who are part of the sub which gives me access. I am not saying that 100% someone is going to tell you to leave but dont be surprised if you get a knock on the door by the cops for tresspassing.

You will get a trespassing ticket, and possibly your vehicle towed if you fish there without permission/and a parking pass.
