have been on the website for a while and just joined, not from around here and have had the opportunity to hunt with a guy this last year on saginaw bay. All these diver ducks are new to a farm kid from oklahoma where all you ever see are puddle ducks. trying to get into layout hunting the guy i hunt with has a boat with grass blind but have seen people layout hunting and was wanting to build a boat if anyone has any ideas of the best one let me know. I only have 2 more duck seasons before it is back to oklahoma.

Welcome!! You also have some great duck hunting in Oklahoma!!! I hunted the Lawton area over Christmas and did very well. I also shot plenty of those divers such as Redheads, Black Jacks, Can's, and Butterballs, even through in a few geese. We also shot plenty of Greenheads, Widgeon, Gaddy's, and a few Teal to boot!!! Enjoy the site.
