What a great company!!!!!!

Got my first batch of lures from Harry and I was missing one of my originals BUT there was a replacement Lil Minnie in there to take its place.
I sent Ficious jigs an e-mail asking why I did not receive my original and Harry was nice enough to say that the Lil Minnie was a freebie since the particular original pattern I wanted was not in stock at the time of order.
He asked me what original pattern I was missing and sent it to me next day with an extra one to boot for the troubles...

So I ended up with 2 extra lures for free!!!:D

All companies with customer service should learn form this company.

Not to mention the quality of these lures are top notch for the money!!!

Yuppers ficious jigs are the best. i've made a couple orders this year and caught alot of fish on each one i tied on:) I'm actually thinking of not using them they are to nice i dont wanna lose one. thanks for the great jigs

Harry did the same for me. I lost a jig due to a defective die. Harry sent my replacement and another glow pattern of the same jig 2 days later. plus ,they work and fish well.

Harry is the best. He's thrown my free jigs and painted specials before no problem. He also always has you're order ready ASAP. Without a doubt the best jigs I've used every. I was only out two times this year but the one trip got me a big gill and some other gills and bass and the other trip took a lot of fish(not dinks) - Bryon

I make my own jigs,my painting looks like caveman drawings compared to VanGoah, I dont think people realize the art that this man does, I tried to talk him into going fishing last week (the main intent of the lures) and he had 700 lures to paint, "700" if I do a dozen for friends I cant keep up, and he has a real job too. My local bait shop has a counter full of home made and aisles of big company ice lures but none compare to the detail of Ficious. Harry when you get a minute lets go fishing.

i will say that the fiscas jigs from gander or your bobbers down are the only jigs i have found with comparable quality. suburb unchipable finish.

they use tungsten ,which is heavier than lead . it fishes a smaller profile for its weight ,which gets the lure down faster. it also sinks my ice buster bobber to the correct level.

Just a hint to harry to make a tungsten line.
