Anybody hunt rabbits Portland Game Area?

Just wondering if anybody has had any luck rabbit hunting the Portland State Game area. Was there for 4 hours today with one dog and was only able to run one rabbit. The area is 50 minutes from my house so I am not really familiar with how much hunting pressure it recieves or if coyotes are running rampant in that area. Thanks for the info!

I've been there 3 or 4 times, looks like great bunny brush, but I too have had a hard time getting them running. last time out we got 3 but 2 of them were shot on the jump. there are a lot of holes out there, the dog will run them for just a short time and they are down a hole.. if you live north of portland give me a pm I will take you out up here, Belding/Greenville area. lots of good rabbits.
