Robust Porter

I'm brewing a Robust Porter, got sausage and chopped steak in the smoker, and the NFL Playoffs are on the tube. Doesn't get much better than this. :D

Just went in the basement to check the status of my brew...looks absolutely beautiful. She's foaming and bubbling like crazy. Man I love this stuff. If I had more time, space, and equipment I'd brew every weekend. :D
