I’m always experimenting with recipes and ingredients, , this is the recipe I’ve had the most success with and brew it 5 times a year. It is an all grain recipe that could be easily converted to extract.

AMBER ALE
10 lbs. two-row
.65 lbs Caramunich
.65lbs Caramel 40L

1 oz Cascade 6.0% @ 60 minutes
1 oz Mt Hood 4.2% @ last 10 minutes
1 oz Mt Hood 4.2% @ last 5 minutes

2.5 tsp Wyeast nutrient last 10 minutes

Wyeast 1056

Mash @ 152 degrees for 60 minutes, boil 60 minutes

*approximately*
IBU 27
ABV 5.5
OG 1.055
FG varies from 1.013 to 1.008

Wish I had the equipment to try out your guys' all grain recepies. But I'm stuck with Extract for now. If my Blueberry/Raspberry Porters turn out, I'll post 'em for you guys anyways.
