I haven't posted in the forums yet, however I put together a maranade for my turkey I took this year and it turned out really well. I have Craig M as my witness. Take a bottle of Lawry's Carribean Jerk, a can of minced garlic, and 4 tablespoons of cayanne pepper, three tablespoons of Melinda's Hot Sauce, place it in a bowl and soak the meat over night. Wrap the meat in bacon and slow cook it over charcol. When the bacon is done cooking the meat is done. My past experience with cooking turkey has been that it is tough to keep it moist. This was really, really good.

I can testify on this one. It sounds like it would be way over seasoned and on the spicey side but it's not. It is surprisingly mild in flavor and a nice chage of pace from tradtional roasted or fried turkey.
