Open Launches Lower River

I'm wondering what launches are open in the lower river. I know the Algonac DNR launch is closed for the season, but I'm wondering if the small downtown launch has been operating. Several times last year there was a chain across preventing me from launching. Also wondering if Deckers, or the North Channel DNR launch is open, or if it is all iced up. thanks for the help!

I know its quite a ways north from Algonac but the Marine City DNR launch is open. The docks have been pulled the gate is at least open
