Me and my parents have been looking in the Mio, Rose City, Lupton, Luzerne, South Branch area for more than 2 years. I'm pretty frustrated with our agent. He sold a 120 acre parcel last month for $54,000 and didn't tell us about it.

We're looking for wooded acreage! Excellent hunting acreage with a nicer/newer home would be even better. Property near the ORV and Shore to Shore horseback riding trails would be better yet. When you are looking for an Agent make sure they have a good understanding of your needs. Also if you are looking for hunting land make sure they are a hunter.
When I am looking for property for a customer first thing I do is make sure I would want the land if I where in there position. Before I am going to have them Drive 2-3 hours to see something they don't want.
A good agent should get a vision for what you are looking for and not bother you to look at something unless it is very close to your vision.
