Out at the st clair area twice this weekend . Got lots of nice perch and gills . The fishin out there this year has been fantastic . Could only stay for about 3 -4 hours everytime and could have limited on gills and perch if we had more time . Nice 8-11 inch perch and 8 inch gills . Seems like no one else was really killin them like I was , but I noticed just about everyone using fake bait . I used a little hot red teardrop with 3 to 4 spikes on it . Fish will not leave it alone .

I just used a real bright hot red with a black dot , had no glow to it . Red always seems to be one of the faves for perch .
