Yep , Ive had some great luck perch fishin this year . Lots of small ones but also alot of big ones , limits of them . pm and I'll tell ya where if ya want to know .

Yea jethro im about to go that route , been out a few times and have not caught any. Going out on saturday again to a hidden spot , hopefully we catch something ;)

Yea it hopefully dont rain too hard saturday but even if it does it shouldnt effect the ice too bad since its soo thick. It will take a few days of rain to really mess it up .

Im talking about for this saturday, it will still be good. Next week we will be out in the boat, open water fishing again lol

I don't even know why I bother winterizing the boat.:dizzy: Really it would only sit for a few weeks here and there.

I'm pretty tempted to take out the Skeeter next week. By Monday there should be no ice left at all.

My 2100 Barron GS can be ready to go as soon as I put the battery back in.

Winterizing my Merc consist of running the fuel out, lower the tilt/trim to let water gravity feed out, and moving the battery to a warm location. No fogging, never have never will too old to start now...Me that is!

Other then that the tank is full and she is in the garage fully loaded to fish.
