i was just up there and there is a good 4 inches with a foot of snow everywhere i was fishing lake cecelia and i didnt get any on the ice.

We used to have a place on the west side of Lake Cecelia..........loved fishing it in the winter. Got some nice perch out of there, usually later in the year and almost dead center of the lake.............never found any monster gills though......a few 8s but mostly 5 or 6s....

Little park on the WEST SIDE of the lake, gotta walk down a big ol hill, but it usually not tooooo bad.....
