Has everyone figured out there bait for this year.

I think a little strawberry cream chesse,dounuts,pie filling and dump truck of cookies with a splash of grease should work just fine here.

I started collecting grease and saving fish guts, I will buy dog food/donuts if I get a tag.

Sounds like you had a hot bait going.Most of my hunters also shot there bear in the first evening.

I once got a deer hunting buddy convinced that Pumpkins were the best bait to use for deer. I dont bait for deer myself so when he went off in search of pumpkins to put out, I was in quite a ripe mood. :)
He found some and carried them way out to his stand. He musta hauled 8 of them out there :p
The next morning we saw that a bear had found the Bait pile durring the night :eek: and cleaned it up compleatly, not even a stem was left.:lol
