Shot a yote with my muzzle loader Saturday and have never skinned one and want to skin this one to tan. I don't know where to start and make my cuts. i have skinned plenty of critters just don't wanna hack it up to bad anyone have any site withs pics or advice? Pics soon

It only covers skinning, though. You'll also need to slit the tail, remove the bone and flesh the hide. Then it will need to be put on a #6 wire stretcher (you can probably get one at Ganders) and dried skin out/fur in for tannery purposes. The best situation is to dry it in your basement with a gentle fan circulating air. Wipe any grease that melts out of the leather (once every day or so) and within a week it will be ready to ship to a tannery.
