first you need,
saltine crackers
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
greased cookie sheet
first in a small bowl combine the milk and salt. Then in another bowl crunch up some saltine crackers. Then, take your fillets and dry them off and dunk them in the milk mixture. After that you roll the fillets in the cracker crumbs and place them on the cookie sheet. Then take some more cracker crumbs and sprinkle them over the fillets so they are well covered with crumbs. Once you do that take the butter and melt it in the microwave and pour over the fillets. then place the cookie sheet in a pre heated oven at 425 for 15 min or until the fish are done. this also works with pike walleye whitefish and bass.
