In my experince trigger time is far more important than flash/no flash. I have some cheap Wildview extreme 2's that I bought from cabelas and the deer don't seem to mind the flash but the trigger time is kinda slow.

Anybody recommend a trail cam perfered with out a flash that could be used to catch a trap thief? Inforunately I have I have to do some undercover work to catch a trap thief....takes the fun out of trapping when you have someone else running your line and steeling your steel!

I hate thieves with a passion! I'd be happy to loan you a trailcam if you only need one temporarily, for this project. I'll be in your neck of the woods soon and could drop it off to you.
Let me know.
