Has anyone ice fished it in the past few years? My dad and uncles use to fish there a long time ago and would catch huge perch. I was thinking about trying it this year if there is ice.

I can't believe nobody has heard of or fished here! Just would like to know if the perch are still around because I heard a rumor that they netted that area pretty hard.

grizzcd, I asked the same question last year and never got a response. I fished there ten years ago and did great at times. 60 ft. of water, giant perch and burbot. I also heard that it got netted out but don't know anybody that still fishes there. Sorry man ! :confused:

I also heard that those fish were over-netted. The biggest mess of Perch I ever seen came from there.

Thanks guys, I might try it sometime this winter. There still has to be some left!!
