Nice day yesterday to be on the ice. First time in years that Ive been out. Not much for the cold anymore!! Anyway, fished off the boat launch across from the base in about 17FOW. Between my brother and I caught 30 but nothing of any size, less the 7". Tear drop and waxies was the bait of the day. I was really hungry for perch dinner!! Lots of fun, now I have to dust off the power auger. We had about 7" of ice with some slush on top> Good luck:)
