Needin suggestions for MUSKEGON area

Hey there- new to the Muskegon area and ice fishing in general. Any tips for a lake to try for pan fish? I would also been interested in meetin up if you want some laughs with your fish. ROCKBASS

Try Wolf lake and Muskegon lake both good lakes for panfish. East side of Wolf lake at the end of mcarthur and snug harbor in north muskegon at the state park for muskegon lake.

Also White Lake in Whitehall/Montague I heard they are getting some gills. As far as I know there's no ice on Muskegon Lake yet.

there has been ice on snug harbor on muskegon lake there was about 5in but it was melting fast last week. was catching small perch some crappie and you had to sort through the gills. hopefully with this temp drop the ice can build back up.
