Headding out for the first time this year to chase some of these puppies around the lake. Hopefully I will catch up with a few of them and introduce them to Mr. Dinner Plate.

I GOT A 13" LAST NIGHT!! 2- 12 " 1- 11 " local lk out front no secret spots nothing to it but to do it !! get er done !! have a crappy day:fish2:

Well, got out around 4:30. Tested the ice in a few spots to make sure it was safe. Everywhere was 4-5" of good ice with some slop on top near shore. Proceeded out to 18' of water to set up camp. Fished till 7:30 with waxies only. Got 1 - 8" and 1- 12" Crappie. Obviously not the best night, but it sure felt good to get out on the ice.
