Fished off the beach at our church camp. Could not believe the ice, about 2 inches then 2 inch air pocket (gave me a scare) then about 6 more of solid ice. No worry there about going through. Fished in about 15 fow, dropped camera down and nothing but fish. Got close to 150 in three hours mostly throw backs but took about 40 home for two of us. Seen one bass and a few dog fish swim by. Had a blast:lol:. Going back out there today or may try Clear lake (my fovorite ice lake).
