Where to hunt

I already have a bear to my credit. I was wondering where the best place to apply for a tag for a big bruiser. One big enough for a full size mount. By this I mean 300 or bigger. I could probably handle passing up smaller until maybe the last day.

That size bear you will find through out Michigans bear management units.Like you said if you wait them out you will have a good chancebut if you shoot the first bear in which is usally the smaller bear because they have been run of by the big guy .I have a guide service in the bergland bear management unit.If you would like more info contact me at birdog10@yahoo.
