Snyper is the one;) Synper and Rage our the same head. Both made my Rocky.
I have two in my quiver, and still do not have the guts to shoot them:lol:
This brings new meaing to "Fly like my field points"

A friend has been shooting Slick Tricks for at least two years and likes them real well. I shot one of his dull ones at a target and it shot the same as my field points. I am thinking of shooting them next year. The problem is I hace a box full of different makes of broadheads and should use some of them up.

We all have a box of crap we don't use for one reason or another.
I probably have 40 B-heads from singles to 6 each that don't make the grade.
Go with ones you trust inherently or it will haunt you when you make the shot, get poor performance and KNEW you should be using a different head;)

I like rocket steelheads. My own tests are in the link above.

I can attest to the accuracy of the Easton Firstcut ST3 mechanical broadheads. I am within a inch of my fieldpoints out to 50 yards.

I don't think the bow they used is tuned properly since every broadhead was hitting low and left.

Good advice:)
I have over the years struggled also shooting broadheads. They all wanted to do their own thing one low, one left ,high ,twist, I gave up. I even lined up the vanes, feathers with the blades didn't madder. All the time I was shooting the same arrows. After that I said mechical. I shot a few deer. Good shots lack of pass through. which lead to hard recovery if no exit hole. I a few years later I thought what ever happened to the old days of only two and three blades. Thats all they had back then. I went back to three blade. I found out that the inserts were not 100% square. Just because some pro shop cut them that doesn't mean jack. My whole problem was the inserts. Out of square and maybe the glue was unevenlly spread. My rocky 125 supremes fly great. So inspect everything but first start with squareness and straightness. I'd do the spin test on the finger. Place tip (if its not a blade) on your finger, with the other hand put two fingers on the arrow and spin it fast. If there is a vibration coming into your finger. You have a problem, a balenced arrow will spin smooth. Really smooth. Hope this helps you,it was info passed to me over the years and it has gave me confedence. When I see a deer I want to harvest I know I never have to make up a reason why. Jeff :chillin: Time to go hunting!

I have no problem with my montec g-5 broadhead flying the same as my target tips. 2 years in a row now i have not had to adjust my sights for my broadheads. Before that i shot muzzys and had to adjust because i was 3 inches low and 2 inches to the left every year. The new g-5s are right on last year and this year. And i have gotten amazing penetration and cutting out of them. Nothing goes thru bone like muzzy. But the g-5s are so sharp. The bleeding was amazing. Makes it real easy to track when there is blood everywhere.
