17' Foot Float rod! Woa! Anyone ever weild one of these? Land the fis by yourself? Get a sore arm afterwards? Hurt any innocent bystanders that got withing 20 feet??

Probably make a good pier rod. Fish the south pier if nothing is going on just turn 180 degrees and fish the north:lol:

At least he could have put some trim wraps or something on it.
The only custom effect is the logo of the guy who built it and the fact that its 17 foot long. Anyone looking for a pier rod I got a bunch of ten footers and for cheaper than 299.

This long float rod stuff is getting a bit crazy, if you're going with a 17fter, why not a 20??? It's only a few feet more.:lol: Pretty soon you're going to need a 10 inch pin, just to hold all the extra line you'll need to string the rod with.:dizzy::lol:
