Any recommendations on a good quality, easy fletching jig?
Will most likely be fletching blazer vanes.
Thanks

Bitzenburger is the Cadillac of jigs. I personally have a Grayling which is almost 1/3 the cost and have used it for 8 years with no problems at all. To me the only difference is the material used in them. Bitz is metal and the Grayling is a Nylon composite.

Thanks M
Have you, or anyone else for that matter attempt to fletch a 2" blazer vane with a right helical...or is strait pretty much your only option with such a short vane?
Thanks again!

I have a rt helical clamp on my Grayling and that's all I u8se. The helical at 2" is VERY minimal and if you do use it, just let the vane sit in the clamp a little longer so that the fletch doesn't try to rebound back into a straight shape. The Blazers are a bit stiffer and tend to want to do that.
