Anybody have any ideas? I told a guy from work that I would be happy to refletch two dozen arrows for him. I removed one wrap which was no big deal but the residue left behind does not want to come off. Any ideas would be appreciated. I now know why I have never used wraps.:help:

Just get some adhesive remover like Goo Off, or Goo Gone I think its called, there is several different brands, works good on all arrows.

Very simple...91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Not only that but it washes your arrow shaft nicely and makes for a wonderful adhesion between the shaft and fletch.

It will not damage your shaft at all.

:coolgleamThat would work good besure not to use acitone on carbon the will weaken and seperate. For carbons I'll always use a scotch brite pad on the last 7 inches of the shaft so it roughenss the surface. The adhesive will bond better and you won't notice the roughness. I use loc-tite super glue on my carbons I've had arrows go through my 3/4 inch thick wood shed and not tear of vanes. Its the same stuff as tims goat tuff. you'll fletch two dozen in less than 2hrs. I've shot after ten minutes. this stuff still allows you to clean up with scotch brite or 600 grain paper. Hope it helps this stuff was passed to me and I'll never use anything else. I'd prep all of them at once. so theres nothing holding you back. you'll be done before you know it. Tracker 14 says pass it on!
