Ice rod blanks

I’m looking at building my own rods this year and am wondering a good place to find rod blanks. I used to go to college in Northeastern Indiana and I bought a custom rod from one of the local rod shops that is a great pan fish rod and I am looking at building some duplicates. The rod is about 38" long and is made of fiberglass. It was made by Jack Cook from Angola. I would just buy one of his again but it is now a 2 hr drive for me. Any info would be greatly appreciated. the guy in there used to custom build too i have one he made for me25 years ago still my favorite gill rod
