Has anyone used these arrows and if so have you seen any difference in the flight and penetration? I shoot gold tips now.

Haven't noticed a great deal of difference myself, but I'm sure it has its benefits. Especially at longer ranges.

I shoot Maxima Hunter 350 with G5 Montec, at 125 grains. They fly better than my last arrows, there designed to be used with a cut on contact head and the shoot well( I shot 50-60 yards with ease) also they went through 2 bucks and a doe without hesitation, one of the bucks I shot through both shoulderblades and still stuck 4-6 inches in the ground!! Good luck

WOW, do you have pics of that??? I've never heard of that sort of penetration. That's one hell of a selling point!:yikes:

I have some rebels and some Maxima Hunters, and I see no difference in arrow flight .

Why change?? All you need to do is get some full length arrow wraps and put them at the front of the arrow. That should be enough weight to offset the balance point of the arrow to the front half of the arrow while still being light enough as to not affect the spine at all.

I shoot the Maxima 250's with 100 grain shockwaves. And I am 2 for 2 with this set up . Going through the shoulder on each. One through the front shoulder and stuck in opposite and cut the top of the heart at 23yrds. The other was a Quartering away double lung through opposite shoulder and 20yrds.
I dont have any comparisions though..... except for a doe i shot 3 years back with some cheap carbons. But I dont have any complaints with the Maximas.
My dad also shoots the same set-up but i cant tell you if it works for him. Besides he also shoots the deer in the spine or the hind quarters......nothing wrong with that......but its just not my cup of tea........

I flecthed a few dozen this year for some freinds. When I shot them out of my bow they flew just like my Axis do.

I shoot the rebel hunters and I noticed a difference... I had to adjust my sight for anything longer than 30 yards, I shot a 5pt at 30yards complete pass through and stuck 5" in the ground, also they have more penetration than my old arrows which were the plain black Carbon Express.

I have both terminators and maximas and definately notice a difference... I would recommend them to anyone, and the weight forward tech has more advantages than just penetration.

There are definately a few. Fast recovery out of the bow, strength, very tight spine consistencies which all lead to an awsome arrow. I have used them for two season and definately wouldn't use anything else.
