I am looking at going to a wisker biscuit, I have looked at all the threads on here already about them, my question is which one should I get? I am confused about the original, drop tine and deluxe. Also, I have carbon express arrows, would that be a medium size? Thanks in advance.

The size will depend on your arrow shaft. I have the medium but my arrow shaft is 6075 carbon express. Also the difference in the original, drop tine, and deluxe. Ok the OriginaL WB is solid circle you have to load the arrow through it. Drop Tine has a section missing on the ring of the wb. So you can drop load the arrow. The deluxe is just a different mount. I recommend the drop tine in the proper size you need. Wether you get the deluxe or not will be up to you.

I have the deluxe model and I believe the difference is in the adjustments. Mine has 2-way adjustment, up down and left to right.

Drop tine is referring to the mounting bracket style . Deluxe is the one with hash marks on the bracket . QS means slot in the biscuit. I recommend getting the large size which will work for ALL shafts.

ask any hunter hahaha! bought the wife a new bow this year with that rest on it the drope tine and i can not stand it. in my opinion to much touching the arrow the fletching has to go threw this and that is drag. could not get this bow to paper tune at all put a drop away rest on her bow and all the problems where solved

Yeah, you are right, some bows just flat will not tune properly with the WB. But, the ones that do, the guys that use them like them. Glad that you were able to get the bow shooting good with the dropaway. Hope the Mrs. has good luck with her bow.

Good point there.
Every once in a while we see the "Whisker Biscuit Noisy" threads.
I have the bigger and shoot super skinny carbons thru it...zero noise;)

Yeah, if you opt to go with a WB, go with the one that will work for everything. The particular awesome rest I use will adjust for all arrow shafts and still provides me the the 360degrees of containment. WB's are great, except when the wiskers freeze during late archery season, mines just better...hahaha :hide::whistle:

You may want to consider the Bowtech Hostage (formerly Catawba Still Shot). See the comparison with the WB at the link below.

That cats nice, but you give up the adjustability when talking shaft sizes. NAP also makes one with three brushes..I prefer the teflon points
