The aqua-vu. That way when you put it through the ice, and a big pike grabs it, it'll be more fun to watch :D

Go with the Cabelas. Cheap, and it comes from Marcum so you know it's good. I have one and love it. It's no comparison to my friend's aqua vu. The screen is so clear.

I second the cabela's I went through 4 different aqua views before I got one that worked properly. the people at gander mountain must have been sick of seeing me comming through the door. I have never tried the cabela's but I know about the quality of the aqua view.

Go with the Cabelas. The aqua-views are like premium foreign cars (expensive, great name brand, but always in the shop )
I've used aqua-views, atlantis (the one i own) and other off brands and haven't really noticed a difference in picture, just features and price.
you'll get the same viewing but on the bigger screen and cheaper. like mark said above it is a marcum.

but if you are set on the aqua-view name you can get an XL-50 a lot cheaper than that from other stores, shop around.

do you have a vex or marcum. if you dont have a fishfinder i would get one before a camera. i just sold a aqua vu zt.i never used it and when i did it sucked.took good videos but never stays still and scares fish away in the night time. the cameras are more for playing around with then fishing.the vex is more of a must have item. :D

I agree, I have a acua view and though it's fun to see fish I much rather have a real tool like a vex or marcum. I used my buddies last year and we slammed um. The acua view is real hard to adjust to see your lures and worthless at night time.

I cut a hole outside my shanty and try and adjust to view my lures. Don't get me wrong, I have seen some very cool action but its hard to move around.

I was reading an article with David Genz and he uses a camera with the temp display for scouting. I can see it being a benefit for looking for warmer water. I already have a vex but I was considering upgrading to the fl-18 from the 8. I am also considering keeping the vex I have and getting a camera.
