HI Trout, I'm new to trout fishing but I can tell you the trout fishing appears to be real good where I live. I'm not real sucessful yet with trout fishing but I am starting to get the nack. The guys that go often do well they all got their scecret honey holes. If you get up here bear hunting maybe you can give me a few tips on trout fishing :).

I was stationed at K.I Sawyer AFB for 6 years and the Brookie fisheries are fantatstic. The Silver Lead that runs thru the base (base is now closed) has numerous brookies. The Escanaba, Fox, and Indian are excellent rivers with potential for trophy trout. By all means visit the U.P. and have a blast!!
