In my opinion it is all a matter of preference. If you want speed go with the lighter arrow. If you need to quiet down your bow, go with a heavier arrow.
I choose a lighter arrow for the speed. Both my bows are extremely quiet to begin with so I could get away with a lighter arrow.
Try them both and you make the call. Have a friend listen to see what difference (noise wise) the heavier arrow makes and make sure they group the way you would like them too.

My hunting arrows are 403 grains out of a 70 pound bow. Heavy is good, espically if you run into a stubborn shoulder.

And I would think 403 would be considered a light arrow (5.75 grains per pound) not that it is a bad thing. I shoot 380 grain at 70 lbs and have no problem blowing through a deer.

Yes, it is a bit on the lite side. But so many folks seem to shoot hunting arrows right at 5/lb.
Still quiet out of the Guardian though, and heavy enough to get pass through's.:D

Awhile back it was presented here (I believe by GVDoc) that a magazine reported that 6.2 GPP arrow is a model of efficiency when crunching the numbers behind KE, Momentum , and Speed. I've done some tests and I would have to agree that an arrow in or around that particular gpp is a very good standard. Works for all DW's too.

I use 28 inch xx75 2216 arrows that weigh in at 325 grains. I tip these with a Thunderhead 125 grain broad head. So I am one of the guys who shoot in the 450 grain range. I shoot fingers (bare handed) and fixed blades so I purposely go with higher weight for kinetic energy, forgiveness, and slower arrow with little to no wind planing.

Well you shooting 65# and 350 grains put you right around 5.4 grains per pound which is great for speed. If your bow is quiet, you should be fine with your setup.
I am shooting around 5.4 grains per pound also and I am very happy with the speed, penetration and quietness of MY bows. This arrow setup works very well with my X-Force and Switchback.
