The St. Joe river system is dropping quickly. The water levels have dropped at least two feet below berrien springs and maybe more since wednesday afternoon. This runoff has also helped the conditions of the dowagiac river. Much of the sediment build up is washing away. Fishing is here and there. Hot one day and slow the next. Right now all we need is a few days of 40 degree weather to entice those fish to hit. I am planning to go on sunday for some time on the river. Maybe the weather will agree with me. Anyways, see ya on the river.
