If there ever was a must win situation for the Lions it is tomorrow.
Hope they do it!
See ya'll next week. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I think both teams look at it like a "Must Win".The lions are trying to stay in the division and in the playoff hunt. The Packers are looking for home field in the playoffs with Dallas looming. This game could come down to the last team that has the ball wins.I look forward to a very close game and fun to watch!

Well, I think chronicled this scenario playing out. Before the Arizona game, it APPEARED the playoffs were a foregone conclusion (by a lot of people). Now the offense is sucking the dog and the defense isn't all that strong.
Kitna needs a reality check, too. That guy is either dillusional or just dumb. And Roy williams comes from the same school of "Inflated Sense of Self/Team Worth."
Good luck tomorrow. Turkey day and the Lions. I'm looking forward to it.
.......now if I could just sneak in a hunt in the morning.;)

...Yet another Bret Favre last-minute come from behind victory?
...Or will it be Due51's reality check for Kitna/Williams and Favre can take it easy?
...Or will Detroit pull it out and make a statement:lol:?
Make it: Pack 31
Lions 24

I for one kinda doubt this game will come down to an offensive shootout. I'll bet both teams fail to hang 20+ on the scoreboard.
It'll be big plays/turnovers that decide this one.
And it is a must win, winning will give the Lions and outside shot at the division....lose and they have to hope Washington, Arizona and the G-men lose all their remaining games.

Davew731 picks the Packers 31-24. The Lions have scored 24 points in the last 2 games combined. And those points came against not the greatest defences in the NFL. But as always with our team, you never know. HAPPY TURKEY EVERYONE.
