Wheres all the river fishermen?????

Seems like theres not much traffic on the rivers section of this site (at least not the southwest mich. rivers section) Is everyone ice fishing or what? I thought the rains and warm ups would bring out some of the old river dogs and we'd start to get a few more reports, come on guys get your spinning rods and fly rods out and blow the dust off them the fish are there.

Hey I'm here and ready to rip. I'm starting to have fishing withdrawls really bad. I've been trying to use my mind to change the weather(ha ha) but it hasn't worked yet. You'll know when it does. Just look outside. See ya on the river.

When I first created these forums I thought the regional river reports would be the most popular boards on the site. I think they still have that potential. We shall see this year.

Hey fishcatcher, if I lived in your neck of the woods, I'd be the one giving the reports. Get out there and start reporting.
Steve, you should start paying me travel expenses. I run all over the state trying to find something worth writing about.

The water on the joe has been like WAY to high for my taste! The kalamazoo isn't much better. Should start getting better any day now though! You haven't missed any big action yet.

Hey shoe....I don't have enough time to cover it all and right now the ice is still good and theres big gills to catch so I have to do my part to crop enough off so the other ones can get bigger for next year. I just had to take an ice break and catch a few steelys so I don't forget how. I'll keep you posted on the action around here as I experience or hear of it.
