Fished the Joe today from 8am to 1pm.Water is very, very high and dirty. Fished both plugs and skein/spawn bags in some favorite and reliable spots. No fish taken. The water did receed about 3-4" while we were there, hopefully no big rain and fishing should return to "normal" when the big push of fish arrives. See ya on the river with tight lines and bent rods.
