No arguing the rumor that Kobe rejected a trade to the Pistons?

I believe it was Hamilton, Prince and McDysse for Kobe. Maybe a pick as well. Something along those lines, anyway.

Whats to talk about? Kobe aint comming to the "D". He's the biggest Diva in B'Ball and there is only about 3-4-5 places for a Diva. New York, L.A., Chicago, Dallas(maybe), Miami (Shaq) come to mind. Those are the only places big enough to support his ego. I heard it was Rip, Tay, Maxey and next years 1st round pick. Lakers were ready to deal, but Kobe said "Detroit? Thats no place for me".

He can stay where he's at for that price. Actually, I don't want him here at ANY price! They'd need to double the size of the palace just to get his ego in the place.
