Go get yourself a spincast motor at Cabelas or Bass Pro, I think Dunhams might even have them, then attach it to the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket and hang it in a tree and theres your feeder!:)

Take a 4-5' 6" piece of PVC. Put a cleanout on the bottom (A T that comes out on an angle) angle it up. Put a cap on the bottom that drains. Fill with corn and cap the top. There ya go.
I am not advocating ilegal feeding - Just answering the original question.

You could always spread some of the feed around whenever you go out to check on it or fill it. Not sure if that would satisfy a CO though.

if you can find a pickle barrel, cut out bottom and attached to tree on a platform, at any height you want, and then attach PCV tubing and you have a gravity feeder. But after bear destroys it, get a 55 gallon drum, weld three legs to the sides, cut hole in bottom and metal piping to bottom. good gravity feeder, bear won't destroy. cost: $85.00
